Apple iPad 2 launched

Today Apple launched the sucessor to the iPad – iPad 2. The iPad 2 features an all-new design along with new features including built-in cameras and a new gyroscope. The iPad 2 is substantially lighter than the first iPad, is only 88 mm thin, down from 134 of the first-gen iPad and 93 mm of the iPhone 4.

It also comes packed with Apple’s new dual-core A5 processor for blazing fast performance and stunning graphics and now includes two cameras, a front-facing VGA camera for FaceTime and Photo Booth, and a rear-facing camera that captures 720p HD video, bringing the innovative FaceTime feature to iPad users for the first time.

Apple iPad 2 is available in six models, three with Wi-Fi, three adding 3G, including 3G CDMA. All have the same storage options: 16G, 32G, 64GB. Here is the price list of these Models:-

* WiFi version: 16GB ($500), 32GB ($600), and 64GB ($700)
* 3G version: 16GB ($630), 32GB ($730), and 64GB ($830)
