Are you a iPhone Developer than you can get the new iOS 4.1 beta 2 for iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G and iPod Touch. The firmware is build 8B5091b. There’s also a new SDK, build 10M2305a. Both are available from the iPhone Developer Center. The update comes in 5 different files for the 5 different devices that support iOS 4 (iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPod touch 3rd gen and iPod touch 2nd gen). Although full details of changes in v4.1 have yet to be fully disclosed, the update is expected to address the proximity sensor issues that have affected the iPhone 4. CEO Steve Jobs recently promised a software fix for the problem.
