WLWBackup is a new backup application for Windows Live Writer. It will help you to create a backup of all your WLW posts, settings and plugins with a click. Its very simple to use to get the Backup and Restore Windows Live Writer.
How to Backup:
Click on the Start button and go to the Live Writer Backup shortcut
Choose what you want to backup (posts, settings, plugins, etc), and then click the Backup button
Once you’ve set the backup filename, let the program do its thing
Backup completed. Simple as that.
How to restore:
To restore, you must have to run the program as administrator
This will take you to the main window as with backing up, select restore and choose the wlwbackup file you wish to restore, it will then prompt you to check that you’re sure
This will then restore
