PhoneZoo is a new web service that allows you to upload any audio file, clip out a part of that file for a cell phone ring tone and share that with other users. With Phonezoo, it’s simple for you to turn the music you already own into custom ringtones and get them on your phone. You can also explore the ringtones other members of the Phonezoo community have created and rate them, comment on them and get them for yourself.

How does it work?
1)Register, 2)Upload music track to phonezoo, 3)select part you like and save it and4)get it sent to your phone. So as long as there is file on your PC you can get free personalized ringtone for it. Tool for creating ringtones is quite simple and straightforward, just make sure to upload file less then 12 MB in size and in supported format(MP3 WAV,AAC,M4A and WMA).
