Magnifique is the free theme manager application, that allows you to create your own theme library, and apply themes with a click. Magnifique is also offering developers an opportunity to convert their themes to Magnifique format, and provides support for their distribution through the site.

Just download it via the Magnifique browser and apply it, it doesn’t require a full restart once you apply a theme, just a restart of the Finder and the dock.
