Wanna change your iTunes skin, but don,t know where to get the Skins and and how to download it. So here is the tutorial which will help you to download and install iTunes Skins.
Tutorial: How to install and use iTunes skins
Step 1: Download and install iTunes
Step 2: Download and install latest version of Multi-Plugin. Multi-Plugin adds skinning support to iTunes on Windows.
Step 3: Download an iTunes skin from iTunes skins gallery1 , iTunes skins gallery 2 and extract its contents to your iTunes\skins folder.
Step 4: Launch iTunes then simply go to Preferences > Multi-Plugin and select your new skin.
