Apple has released the new iOS 4.0.1 download for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G users, According to Apple’s support website, the new software release is compatible with iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 4. As one might have expected, the new firmware is meant to address an issue with the handset’s antenna, or with the signal reception, to be more precise.
The update just changes the formula which Apple uses to calculate the signal strength on iPhones. The new signal bars are slightly bigger than the ones in the previous iOS 4 firmware.

I got a iphone 3gs and I just updated to iOS 4.01. Then I got the cool features like multi-tasking and the phone is much faster. But one huge problem is that after i updated ios 4.0.1, my iphone’s 3g network is not working. When I try to use the internet, it just keep loading, loading, and loading forever. I can’t even check the whether or go to app store.
