This guide is only for those users who are with the stock recovery and Non rooted phone. Make sure that your phone is running on cm-13.1.1-ZNH2KAS2X1 to apply this OTA update on your phone. If you are not running on cm-13.1.1-ZNH2KAS2X1, then follow the second method.
1. Download the OTA zip file from here and save the zip file on your phone.
2. Now boot into the stock recovery to flash the OTA update. To boot OnePlus One into recovery mode press and hold ‘Power + Volume Down’ button.
3. Once you ar eon the Stock Recovery. Hit “apply updates from storage”.
4. Select the OTA zip file and the flashing process will start on your phone.
5. Once the process is completed, Reboot your phone.

Install Cyanogen OS 13.1.2 ZNH2KAS3P0 update FULL ROM ZIP File
This guide is for the non-rooted Oneplus one users who are not on the cm-13.1.1-ZNH2KAS2X1 version.
1. Download the FULL ROM zip here and save the zip file on your phone.
After that follow all the step from above mention guide. Get started from Step 2.
Install Cyanogen OS 13.1.2 for OnePlus One Rooted User with TWRP
1. Download the FULL ROM zip here and save the zip file on your phone.
2. Now Switch off your Phone to boot in recovery mode.
3. Reboot into recovery by pressing power+volume down button
4. Once your Oneplus One on the Stock Recovery or TWRP recovery. Go to wipe and wipe cache before flashing the Full ROM zip file.
5. Now go to the Install option and browser for the Full ROM zip file that you downloaded in Step 1 and Select it to start the flashing process.
6. Now the flashing process will start on your phone, and it will take few minutes to complete the process.
7. Once completed, GO back and Reboot system. The first boot will take some time to finish the updating process.
Now your phone will boot into Cyanogen OS 13.1.2(6.0.1) Android Marshmallow. Enjoy!!!!
