Finally, Microsoft released the Windows phone Custom Theme Creator so that people can create personalized themes for their Windows phone. This new Windows Mobile 6.5 Theme Creator only works for Sprint Samsung Intrepid, At&t HTC Pure or Verizon HTC Imagio. After creating the theme you can download the .CAB file to your PC and transfer it to your device via Microsoft Activesync.
