Gmail Tasks on iPhone & Mobile Browsers

Google has just announced the new Service Gmail Task for you Mobile Device. It is also accessible by any xhtml enabled phone. The new mobile UI works for Android phones and iPhones, and gives you a quick way to view tasks, create new lists, add new tasks, mark tasks as completed, and that’s about it. All you need to do is visit gmail.com/tasks from your mobile browser and you’re good to go.

Add a Tasks Bookmark to your homescreen by:

1. Go to gmail.com/tasks
2. Click the + Button and Select “Add to Homescreen”
3. Click add one more time and there you have it.

    If you wanted a native app for Google tasks check out GeeTasks which I have developed. It makes local copy of tasks so can be used offline, and it’s much faster than using Safari.
