Google Gmail Added a New Service in the Lab, Gmail Translation. Now you can translate any of your Gmail email in your Language with a single click. Google is offering one-click automatic translation for Gmail in 41 languages, allowing Gmail users to read e-mails in languages such as Turkish, Thai and Estonian. The feature can be activated by clicking on the Settings tab within Gmail, followed by the Labs tab. Once in Google Labs, enable Message Translation.

It does the actual translation in just a few seconds, and gets both the subject and body while retaining the original. You can switch back to it by hitting the translate link again.
