Google has released the Google Buzz widget for Android Mobile Phones. The widget allows users to post photos and text from the comfort of their home screen. No need to launch an application. Additionally, users can also choose to tag the location from where they are updating their status, and make it either public or private. It can also be used to open the web application in the Android browser. Google says that posts will be uploaded in the background to save time. Right now, the widget only supports English. It is a free download.
Once installed, you can add it to your home screen: tap “Menu” while on the home screen and select “Add > Widgets > Google Buzz”.
