It is a free and small app, no need to install Just Drag the App on the taskbar of your Windows 7 or at Start Menu. You can also launched it via keyboard shortcut: right click properties then shortcut and enter a key combination in the “shortcut” field. You might need to place it in your start menu or your desktop for the shortcut to work.
