Viper’s Video Quicktags is a plugin for WordPress that allows you to easily insert videos from YouTube, Google Video, IFILM, Metacafe, MySpace and Vimeo. Amd WPvideo is a another plugin for WordPress that allow you to insert flash videos in your own post in an easy way.

You can also use the MyVideo wordpress plugin to embed youtube, google, myspace or metacafe videos.
