Hulu Announces “Hulu Plus” Subscription Service for iPhone, iPad

Hulu’s subscription service, Hulu Plus, has finally arrived. It’s $9.99 and works on a range of devices including the iPhone and iPad. For now, Hulu Plus is available by preview invitation only, but iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch owners can get a sweet, sweet taste of the service by downloading the new Hulu Plus app. Subscribers will be able to access every single episode of shows such as 30 Rock and Desperate Housewives, plus classics such as nine-seasons of Fringe forerunner The X-Files. Hulu users usually only get access to recent episodes of programs from US broadcasters.
