Apple announced on Monday that the Wi-Fi iPad models will be available in all of its 221 Apple retail stores on Saturday, April 3, formal launch of the iPad this Saturday would start at 9:00AM at its stores. Customers who pick up the tablet through the Apple Store will receive free set up. Apple will also be hosting workshops for the iPad, beginning this Saturday.
The WiFi-only Apple iPad will be available in three versions: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB for $499, $599, respectively $699. The WiFi with 3G version of the iPad follows the same storage pattern but for higher prices: $629, $729, respectively $829. If you don’t have an Apple Store near you, then you can go to a Best Buy store near you and claim your iPad as of 9:00AM local time.
