Microsoft Outlook is a great program, and is often kept open constantly. It is missing a very important feature, however. It cannot be minimised to the system tray. HideOutlook gives it this capability, meaning you can keep Outlook open, but out of your way. It still informs you of new email and any reminders you have set, while only showing a little icon in the system tray.

HideOutlook

Pros

* HideOutlook minimizes Outlook to the tray and restores it again with one click
* You can create new messages, notes and dates from the HideOutlook tray icon

Cons

* HideOutlook does not allow you to check mail from the system tray icon
* Access to other often used features would be nice, too
* HideOutlook tray icon click actions cannot be configured
