Oneplus Two is officially launched with some great specs and features. Here in this guide we’ll show you how to install the Oneplus Two USB drivers on windows PC. Without SUB driver you can access your phone on the windows PC. To access the phone with the PC, you need proper USB drivers. In this post, we show you how to install USB, ADB and Fastboot files on your windows PC. The process is very simple and takes a few minutes to complete the whole setup. With the help of these drivers you can easily manage your phone on windows and they are also useful to install the custom recovery or root your phone on your windows PC.

To get started all you have to run one exe file on your windows machine and make some change on the device manager to setup the drivers. Read all the instruction very carefully and follow them step by step on your phone.

Step 1. Download the 15-second adb/fastboot installer here and run the exe file on your windows PC to complete the setup. See the screenshot below:-

Step 2. Once completed you will see fastboot/adb folder on your C drive (C:\adb). These are the ADB and Fastboot files, which are usefull to run ADB coomands to unlock bootloader, install recovery etc.

Step 3. Now to setup the USB drivers, connect your phone to the PC and open the Device manager. Now here you will see your phone under the portable device or other devices. See the screenshot below:-

Step 4. Right-click on it and select update driver software.

Step5. Now the new popup windows will come on your windows screen. From here click on the “Browse my computer for driver software”

Step 6. On the next screen click on the “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer” and hit the next button.

Step 7. Now on the next screen select the “Android Device” or “Android Interface” option and hit the next button to proceed.

Step 8. On the next screen you will see all the ADB drivers that are installed on your windows. Here select the “Android ADB Interface” and click on the next button to complete the process.

Step 9. ADB Drivers and USB drivers are now properly installed. To check it is working or note. Go to the ADB folder on your C Drive which the exe installer created on Step 2.

Step 10. Connect your phone to the PC with USB cable and open a command prompt window in your fastboot/adb folder (C:\adb\). To do this Hold Shift button on your keyboard and right-click on the empty space of the folder. See the screenshot:-

Step 11. Once the coomand promt window si sopen run the follwoing coomand and check your devcie is attached or not.

  1. I’d run the “adb-setup-1.3.exe” as admin & the adb folder was copied to “C:” but the drivers didn’t install even though it said so.
    I’d install the moto360 adb drivers before that but I highly doubt that this could be causing the problem.

    In the Device Manager my OnePlus 2 is called either “Android” when connected w/ PTP or “MTP” when connected via.. well MTP.
    It’s not called “ADB Interface” as in your screenshot.

    I already restarted my computer, reinstalled & restarted my computer etc.
    No change whatsoever.
    USB debugging on my OnePlus 2 is turned on ofc.
    Any help?
    Is there possibly some crucial but ridiculously obvious step that I might have skipped?

    I tried this and when i try to install the drivers the “android device” does not show up in the install list, i don’t know what to do.

    I did all the steps in this tutorial and everything was installed correctly, but when i try the command “adb devices” my OP2 does not appears on the list. I already repeat the tutorial more than once just to guarantee that i did everything right.

    Theres something else i need to do? 🙁

  6. my problem is with fastboot. ADB is working fine but when i try “fastboot devices” no response. Using win7/64 bit and the original cable from oneplus 2. any idea?

    I followed all the steps that you stated above..also read the comments. Did everything but, my mobile is not getting recognized..Please help..I have the team viewer as well

  8. I have a problem that i can’t even connect my phone.
    it worked before but now when i connect it. it starts to recharge but the sound of the connection is not there and i can’t see my phone anywhere.
    what can i do?

  9. DId everything but at the end, when we verify if it all worked, it says “unathorized” or the device isn’t attached. What do I do?
