It happened to my wife's blog at wordpress. everyday after posting for just a few minutes my wife's article would appear to somewhere else's blog. the consequence of this unscrupulous thing is that SEO indexing will be divided into two instead of giving credits only to your post. this is illegal. we tried contacting wordpress but the sad part is we are the one being penalized by wordpress by shutting down our site. Reveal the blog URL and we will help you flag down that crook. that’s what you call scalping.
