Freeware application Sizer resizes windows to pixel-specific sizes through the right-click menu so that rather than wasting screen real estate with maximized windows, you can fit as much information on your desktop as possible.

The utility is also handy when compiling screen-shots for documentation, using Sizer allows you to easily maintain the same window size across screen grabs. You can resize any window with Sizer by right-clicking that window’s maximize button, right-clicking when a resize cursor is showing, or by right-clicking the Sizer system tray icon. Sizer is freeware, Windows only.
