MyColors is a software program that includes everything you need to change everything about your Windows experience. MyColors changes your Windows GUI, your icons, your wallpaper, and adds gadgets to your desktop. It doesn’t modify any system files and enables users to easily switch between themes and back to default Windows.
MyColors comes with the Diamond theme which can make Windows XP look virtually identical to Vista and gives Windows Vista users a more polished desktop experience.

MyColors is freeware. Additional MyColors themes are available. Some of them are free and some of are paid one.

Cool! What about RAM usage? Some of the tools out there that does this kind of thing eats a lot of RAM.
