Split a large file into CD with JR Split File Pro
JR Split File is a portable program that allows you to split the file up into little pieces - and then the person at the other end puts it all back together again. It can easily be run off a USB stick if you happen to be on the go, using someone else’s computer. ou can explicitly define the size of first segment so that you need less CDs when splitting several GB sized files. Although it is specially designed for splitting GB files, it surely supports floppy sized segments.

It allows you to split a large file into CD sized segments and create a standard .bat file that can be used to reconstruct a copy of the original file. It worked perfectly on a lot of files on my PC and seems to be a very easy solution for sending those huge files to people by email.
