Hulu Grabber is a free application that downloads Hulu clips, shows, videos to your desktop. You will simply need to enter the video URL, press Start, then the video will be downloaded to the folder you have specified.

You won’t need any additional players to watch Flash videos, you can just play them on your defult media player.
