Microsoft’s VP of the Interactive Entertainment Business for the EMEA region, Chris Lewis, has told GamesIndustry.biz that Windows 7 is the Best OS for Games rather than the previous versions, it will be quicker, more robust and efficient than Vista.

Flash games can be obscenely fun to play, but not so easy to make. But now you can also make it easily with PlayCrafter. PlayCrafter is a new site which allows anyone to create games via a drag and drop interface. It’s designed for maximum ease of use and built on top of Adobe Flex. To get started, you must first go to the workshop; there, you must choose a game template: Brick game, Golf game, Zeeb game, Marble game, Peg game, etc. Next you’ll be guided in dragging in game pieces to the work canvas. You can even import images to customize your game.
