Back In Time is a simple backup system for Linux inspired from “flyback project” and “TimeVault”. The backup is done by taking snapshots of a specified set of directories. Without requiring advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system you can set the time intervals at which snapshots of your file system are taken. The snapshots are stored efficiently by recording modifications and avoiding duplications.
