OfficeTab is a freeware that is able to provide tab feature support for Microsoft Office programs. Once you’ve installed OfficeTab, you can head into the settings panel, where you can enable or disable tabbed support in each application, move the tabs to the side or bottom, and change the appearance of the tabs with a number of styles to choose from. There are few options that you can configured the tab setting based on your personal preference like enable shortcut key to switch between tabs, set tab layout to auto size/size to fit/fixed, set the width of the tab, set tab appearance and color, set tab position to above/below/right/left workspace and many more.

Now you can open Docx Files without Microsoft 2007 in your Firefox Browser. OpenXML viewer is Firefox Addon which helps you to open Docx file in you Firefox. OpenXML is a free and open standard from Microsoft. MS Word 2007 document files are stored using OpenXML. The OpenXML Document Viewer application was designed to be a browser plugin, that can be used on computers which dont have Microsoft Office 2007, to view the Word 2007 files using just the browser.

Microsoft has officially revealed its Office Web Applications offerings ahead of the announcements at this years Worldwide Partner Conference today. With the Community Technology Preview, the next iteration of the Office System hits its first major milestone. But it’s not just Office 2010, it’s also SharePoint Server 2010, Visio 2010 and Project 2010, as Microsoft informed since it announced that the Technology preview was planned to debut in July.

Microsoft has released a service pack for the 2007 Microsoft Office suites. Microsoft is calling the update a “major performance enhancement” to the business software suite. 2007 Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 2 (SP2) gives customers the latest updates for the 2007 Office suite. This service pack includes two main categories of fixes: Previously unreleased fixes that were made specifically for this service pack. In addition to general product fixes, these fixes include improvements in stability, in performance, and in security. All the public updates, security updates, cumulative updates, and hotfixes that were released through to February 2009.

Now QuickOffice is available to download from the iTunes app store now. Quickoffice is the first iPhone application to enable powerful editing of Microsoft Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. The product also includes file-sharing and content management capabilities. Additional functionality including emailing files and drag and drop capabilities will be available as a free update to customers in the next few weeks. QuickOffice for the iPhone comprises three products in one, Quicksheet, Quickword and QuickOffice Files.
