Forum XDA Developer made a Package and configured it sowe can run it simply by running *.exe files. Its Simple to use hust Download the Android Emulator v1.5 for PC and Install it. yes and don,t forget to check 21 Best Google Android Applications.
Instructions:
1.Download and Extract the *.rar file
2.Rename Extracted Folder to “Android-Emulator”
3.Download and Copy Fixed EXE files into it
4.Run and Enjoy!

You must rename folder to Android-Emulator not Android_Emulator
