No one seems to read Power Point restrictions which only allow 'wav' sound files to be embeded. Any other media format must be linked. To overcome part of your problem create a folder and save you media-less pp file in that folder. Copy any media files that you will use in your presentaion into that folder.

When you insert you media file, make sure you use one from that folder so your pp file is always sitting next to it. Hence you must move the folder with all its files to keep the media files linked. You cannot send or move just the Power Point file, the folder is the 'file' so to speak.

Another way to do all of this is to choose 'Publish' under the Office logo and then 'package for CD' then 'copy to folder' go to options and choose 'Archive Package' include 'Linked Files' click 'OK', then "copy to Folder" and Bob's your uncle.

Hope that helped!
