Tweetparty is another twitter api based website which allows you to send tweets to group of people. Its Simple to use, just sign in with your Twitter account user name and password and you’re shown the “my groups” page. Enter a name for your group, click the “create” button, and TweetParty will add it to the current page. Afer managing the groups you can send message to all peoples on that group with a single click.
