Livestream a new Web service to Twitter users called Twitcam that lets anyone with a Twitter account start streaming their own show, complete with live chat. Twitcam is a high quality, plug-in-less web cam streaming service.

How it Works:
1. Connect your webcam
2. Login with Twitter Account
3. Click the broadcast button
Twitcam sends a tweet out to your followers and invites them to join you in a twitcam chat. Every time someone enters a tweet on twitcam, it is also sent as @reply on twitter.
