Today, here we are sharing a new and easy method to flash the fastboot ROM on the Bricked or Dead Xiaomi Android phones and this guide will work on all the Xiaomi phones. If your phone is bricked or by mistake you deleted the OS of your phone, or at the time of installing any Custom ROM your phone stuck in the fastboot mode, this guide will help you to install the stock ROM on your phone and fixed your bricked phone.
The guide is so simple and all it takes a few minutes and MI Official Suite to get started. Make sure that your device is fully charged or has enough power for this process. All user data will be purged in this process. Please back up your data and think twice before proceeding.
Flash Fastboot ROM on Xiaomi Phone With Mi PC Suite
Step 1. Download and install the ADB and fastboot drivers for your Phone here.
Step 2. Once the installation is complete, Download the official MI PC Suite on your windows desktop here.
Step 3. Now Switch off the device. Press the Volume– key and the Power button at the same time to enter Fastboot mode. Then connect the device to the Windows PC/laptop via a micro USB cable. At this time, your phone screen looks like the below mention pic.
Step 4. Now open the Mi PC Suite on your windows and you will see your phone on the App screen with a connected message.
Step 5. Once the phone is connected, you will see the new popup screen on your Mi PC Suite with the Fastboot ROM files (Stable or Beta). Select the Stabel and it will download all the Fastboot files and flash them on your bricked phone.
Step 6. In case you can’t see the ROM file on your PC Suite screen. Go to the Mi PC suite and Select the Update option > Flash. See the screenshot below:-
Step 7. Now will see the option to flash the Fastboot ROM on your phone and select the Stable build and wait for few minutes to complete the task.

HI sir this seems to be easy but the drivers cant detect my mi3 what seems to be the problem here? the adb installation guide says i need to enable usb debugging but remember i have a bricked phone so how can i do that? thanks in advance
I was not able to unzip/extract not a single Fastboot ROM I downloaded for Redmi 1S,from the various links given in posts. I always get error message stating the file is corrupt/incomplete and all my efforts to unbrick my Redmi 1s (which is in Fastboot mode) using Mi Flash and Mi PC Suite are unsuccessful. Can you help please.

Hi, what should I do if Mi PC Suite does not detect my phone at all? My mi4i is bricked (i suspect cos it’s stuck in the boot loop) and the recovery screen does not show up either when I press the Vol Up + Power combination… Pls help me to unbrick this phone, I know nuts about technology and there’s no Xiaomi Service centre anywhere near me >.<
