Last year, Wincustomize was filled with alot of great skins on each category and with the GUI Champs. The popularity of skins has altered the way skins are made. Designs tend to be much more mainstream. While programs such as WindowBlinds and Winamp allow for pretty free-form skin designs, the trend has been to make them conservative and “clean” to appeal to the widest audience.
So after lots of good work and Skins Wincustomize announces the 10 best skins of 2006.
